American Piano Moving Terms and Conditions
-Delivery time averages between 4 to 8 weeks, but delivery time may be prolonged due to unknown situations such as equipment failure.
-American Piano Moving is not responsible for damages to cosmetically sensitive and/or delicate floors and steps such as hardwood, carpet, linoleum, and tile.
-APM handles pianos as safely as possible, but is not responsible for mechanical issues involved with moving pianos. This includes but not limited to tuning, locked keys, actions adjustment, etc.
-The customer is responsible for additional insurance charges and fuel surcharges.
-AMP charges extra for difficult moving situations and situations involving more than 4 steps.
- AMP will charge a insurance deductable fee for all insurance claims. All insurance claims must be reported within 24 hours of move.
-In some cases, AMP may contract the move to contract professional piano movers. AMP will act as a contract agency and cannot be held responsible for damages. The client must file the insurance claim directly with the contract moving agency.
-By signing the piano moving contract, the customer agrees to abide by the contract and limitations stated above.
